Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you purchased them.
For returns, please contact us at support@king-sydney.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue. For our damaged products, returns are completely free, which means your shipping cost is $0.00 AUD and the restocking fee is $0.00 AUD.
Customer Remorse
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item you accidentally purchased is no longer needed or if you received the wrong product so we can assess the issue and make it right. For products you regret, you will be required to pay the actual cost of return shipping. The restocking fee is $0.00 AUD.
Exchanges
The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, your money will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

European Union 14 Days Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
