Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for ordered products will be charged at the price that applies at the time of ordering. Shipping is free throughout Australia.

We strive to provide our users with the most accurate pricing information on the Website; however, errors may occur, for example, if an item is incorrectly priced on the website. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. If an item is incorrectly priced, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation. We have the right to refuse or cancel such orders, regardless of whether the order is confirmed and the amount of your credit card has been charged.

What happens after I place my order?

Stock, shipping, and order time for Australia.
Once you place an order on our website, our team starts processing it immediately.
To help you plan your purchase, you can follow this schedule:
Order Cut-off Hour: 3:00 PM 
Order Processing Time: 1-3 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time: 4-6 days (Monday - Friday)

We aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible. There are a number of products that are in a warehouse outside of Australia. This may mean that shipping takes longer than expected. Please bear this in mind.
80% of our shipments are delivered within 9 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order confirmation. For personalized products, the delivery time is longer.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email support@king-sydney.com with the subject “Order Confirmation Not Received,” and a member of our team will get in touch with you. For personalized orders, we will contact you separately to ensure that the necessary adjustments are made. These items will only be processed and shipped once we have received the required adjustments.

How can I check the status of my order?

Track your order using the tracking number we send you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email support@king-sydney.com, and we will assist you.
